Beaver Creek, Colo., July 7, 2026 – The Vilar Performing Arts Center continues Love for the Locals this summer and fall with seven new performances spanning Americana, electro-folk, soul, cumbia, and more. From dance-floor-ready shows to intimate singer-songwriter evenings, this season’s lineup delivers the accessible pricing, complimentary drinks, and community spirit the year-round series has become known for.
“Love for the Locals was built on the idea that the people who make this valley home deserve world-class entertainment that feels tailor-made for them,” said Cameron Morgan, Executive Director of the Vilar Performing Arts Center. “This summer and fall lineup features artists who each bring something distinct and special, all in the Vilar’s intimate setting that makes these shows feel like a real community gathering.”

The Futurebirds have spent 15 years carving out a sound that blends rock & roll, electrified folk, and cosmic American roots music. Their fifth studio album Easy Company marks a new peak for a band that keeps getting better. The band brings their Far Out Country Tour to Beaver Creek, with genre-blending artist and poet Deloyd Elze kicking off the evening.

Lou Hazel opens the evening with his blend of folk and cosmic Americana.

Yeison Landero

Grandson of Andrés Landero, “The King of Cumbia,” Yeison Landero carries forward his family’s legacy as one of the genre’s leading voices worldwide. The Colombian accordionist and bandleader has performed at the Kennedy Center, the Hollywood Bowl, and Barranquilla’s Carnival, bringing the rhythms of his native Caribbean coast to Beaver Creek.
Tickets for all Love for the Locals shows are general admission, and the orchestra pit will be open for dancing.
