Ticket sales cover only 33% of our operating costs. Performance underwriting plays an essential role in bringing exceptional artists and productions to Beaver Creek. We invite you to deepen your connection to the Vilar by supporting a performance, or a collection of performances, that speaks to you.
Typical underwriting opportunities for single performances include:
- Presenting Underwriter: $10,000
- Performance Underwriter: $5,000
- Supporting Underwriter: $2,500
Underwriting opportunities vary by performance based on artist fees, production requirements and overall costs, and select performances may have higher underwriting levels.
For donors who would like to make a broader impact, series underwriting supports a collection of performances and helps sustain the artistic breadth that defines the Vilar. Series include Holiday; Classical; Jazz; Dance; Broadway & Theatre; Family; Concerts (By Genre); Comedy; and Love for the Locals.
Your show experience will begin with a complimentary round of drinks in the May Gallery Patrons Lounge, followed by a Backstage Meet & Greet and Photo Opportunity with the artist (upon artist approval) and access to the best seats in the house. Review a complete list of benefits below:

COMMUNITY ARTS ACCESS
The arts are a fundamental component to a healthy community. The Vilar’s Community Arts Access program ensures that residents from every corner of Eagle County have the chance to be inspired by world-class performances on our stage. The program partners with local non-profits, schools and educational programs, healthcare providers, government entities, local businesses and more to distribute complimentary tickets to community members who otherwise would not or could not attend Vilar performances.
Expanding access to the arts has always been central to the Vilar’s mission. In 2018, that commitment took a more focused shape with the informal distribution of complimentary tickets to underserved community members. Community Arts Access was formally introduced in 2020 as a program to further the Vilar’s commitments to accessibility, inclusivity and community engagement by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities for all to experience the power of live performance.
From June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025, the Vilar distributed 1,840 FREE TICKETS for Vilar performances to local community members through Community Arts Access — A $108,513 VALUE!
