Parking For Vilar Attendees

Parking in Beaver Creek Village

When attending a Vilar event, Ford Hall and Villa Montane parking garages in Beaver Creek Village offer complimentary validated parking (subject to availability). Upon entry guests should be prepared to share their ticket or order confirmation as well as the last 4 digits of the credit card they will tap upon entry to the parking garages.

All parking is based on availability. Typically, Ford Hall parking garage has greater availability and shorter entry/exit times. Oversized vehicles are required to park in Ford Hall.

HOW TO PARK in Beaver Creek Village:

    1. Tell the parking attendant in the Ford Hall or Villa Montane booth that you are attending a Vilar event. Be prepared to present a copy of your ticket or order confirmation.
    2. Tell the parking attendant the last 4 digits of the credit card you intend to scan in steps 3 & 4, which will allow the parking attendant to validate your parking session.
    3. Scan your credit card (YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED). This step opens your “parking session” which the attendant will then validate as you enter. Using a physical credit card is encouraged.
    4. Scan the same credit card on your way out (YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED). This step closes your previously validated “parking session” and the gate will open, letting you exit free of charge.

Want faster entry and exit in the parking garages? Park in Ford Hall – it’s quicker and typically has more parking inventory than Villa Montane!

Beaver Creek Shuttle From Lower Lots

Guests may park in the lower Beaver Creek lots (Elk and Bear) and hop on the complimentary transportation Beaver Creek Village shuttle, which runs every 10-20 minutes. Parking in the lower lots is free when entering after 1pm. Please refer to the Beaver Creek Parking page for all information on the current Beaver Creek shuttle schedule and parking rates/times.

Try the Village Connect App Shuttle Service: The Vilar is an easy walk from anywhere in the Village and can also be reached via the Village Connect service. Village Connect provides complimentary door-to-door, shared ride transportation within the Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch villages.
