STARS: Kattam & His Tam-Tams

INSPIRE, ENGAGE & ENERGIZE.

Percussionist Kattam takes the audiences on an exhilarating musical adventure from West Africa to the Middle East and India, bringing to life the rhythms of the djembe, balafon, n’goni, and more in a high-energy, interactive performance. Students are invited to clap, sing, and dance as they discover how percussion connects cultures across the globe.
