ICONIC COUNTRY MUSIC LEGEND!

During this special show, Ronnie covers lots of ground playing as many of his 40 #1 hits as he can fit into the show! He loves to communicate with the audience and tells lots of stories about the origins of songs and the process for recording them. Lots of funny and warm stories about his career and childhood growing up blind in the south and his struggles and triumphs.  His respect and affection for his audience is very evident from the time he takes the stage until the last note.

Ronnie Milsap is a six-time Grammy Award-winning singer and pianist. He’s one of country music’s most popular and influential performers of the 1970s and 1980s. A blind performer, he became one of the most successful and versatile “crossover” singers of his time, appealing to both country and pop markets with hit songs that incorporated pop, R&B, and rock and roll elements. Some of his biggest hits include “It Was Almost Like a Song,” “Smoky Mountain Rain,” “(There’s) No Gettin’ Over Me,” “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World,” “Any Day Now” and “Stranger in My House.” He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2014.

SIX-TIME GRAMMY WINNER and EIGHT TIME CMA AWARD WINNER!
