Beethoven’s stirring Egmont Overture and radiant Symphony No. 2 frame Tchaikovsky’s virtuosic Violin Concerto. Ravel’s elegrant tribute to Haydn and Helena Winkelman’s imaginative Papa Haydn’s Parrot offer playful reflections on teh composer known as the “Father of the Symphony.” Together, these works showcase brilliance, lyricism, and enduring inspiration across generations of composers.
