Leftover Salmon

For more than 35 years, Leftover Salmon has pushed the boundaries of bluegrass, helping pioneer the modern jam-band scene and shape the genre now known as “Jamgrass.” Founded by Drew Emmitt and Vince Herman, the legendary Colorado band blends bluegrass, rock, Cajun, country and psychedelia into an unmistakably adventurous sound.

Today’s lineup—featuring Emmitt, Herman, Andy Thorn, Greg Garrison, Alwyn Robinson and Jay Starling—continues that tradition with high-energy performances rooted in Americana and built for exploration. From front-porch bluegrass and New Orleans grooves to psychedelic jams and Colorado mountain spirit, Leftover Salmon remains a constantly evolving force in American roots music.
