Canadian classic rock heroes are back on the road, treating fans to marathon sets of nostalgic hits like “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet” and “Let It Ride.” Bachman-Turner Overdrive rose to international superstardom in the ’70s and they haven’t lost any of their hard-charging spark.
After rising to prominence with The Guess Who in the ’60s, guitarist Randy Bachman formed Bachman-Turner Overdrive with singer Fred Turner. While their eponymous 1973 debut album was a moderate success, it was sophomore album Bachman-Turner Overdrive II that really put them on the map, generating huge sales in the US and Canada thanks to hit singles “Taking Care of Business” and “Let It Ride.” Their third album Not Fragile was an even bigger success, topping the Billboard 200 and producing classic rock standard “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet.”
