Why Underwrite, Donate, or Become a Member?

Why Underwrite, Donate, or Join?

For us and for YOU!

The Vilar Performing Arts Center relies heavily on its amazing, generous donors to bring world-class entertainment to Beaver Creek. Ticket sales cover only a quarter of VPAC’s annual budget!

Have you ever considered underwriting or becoming a donor or member?

There’s more to it – and a lot more in it for you – than just writing a check. It’s showing your support for a specific artist or art form and bringing that passion to the community.

One of our favorite underwriting perks includes the meet and greets between artists and donors. Upon artist approval, donors get the opportunity to meet and chat with their favorite artists and pose for photos, too! You’ll remember and relive this experience for years to come.

Underwriters enjoy the following perks:

  • Backstage meet & greet and photo opportunity with artists (when available)
  • Verbal recognition from stage for underwritten performance
  • Access to your choice of box seats or premium seats (tickets must be purchased additionally)
  • Reserved table in the May Gallery patrons lounge
  • Complimentary round of drinks for your party

We’ve had some memorable meet and greet opportunities over the years, including Penn & Teller, Lee Brice, Norah Jones, Trace Adkins, and so many others. If you’ve got a favorite performer you’d love to see on stage, let’s see what we can do together!

You can also donate (one time or on the regular) or become a member (with an annual donation). Our website outlines the specific gift levels and associated benefits in more detail. Donors can also mail a check, give online, or call to pledge a certain amount.
